• Generally, US orders take 3 to 6 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your location and if we have the item in stock.
• PLEASE NOTE:   USPS delivery is currently very slow.  
• To speed up customer delivery we use stock warehouses in a location location that is most efficient for your destination.  We also use warehouses around the world.
• We usually ship same-day for orders placed on business days, but sometimes this may take a little longer.
• If you would like to receive your order faster, we offer 2-Day Expedited Shipping for all U.S. orders.  (Contact us to check shipping rate)

We offer regular International shipping to most countries

• Delivery is 9 to 20 business days depending on your location.
• Regular Tracking & insurance is included.
• Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process your orders for shipment.
• The time frame above is simply an estimation of average orders shipped out. Your order may arrive sooner. 
  Or slightly later, based on a variety of factors that are out of our control, such as:
  -Import & Customs checks
  -natural disasters
  -weather events
  -public holidays
  -strikes etc. 
• Please contact us if your country is remote and you would like to place an order. We will check and confirm best and fastest shipping rates and manually place the order for you.
  
• There may be Import Taxes or Customs Duties applied by your own country. This is outwith our control. 
• Please note that you are responsible for your own country's Taxes and Duties charged.
• Customs might require payment before your package is released.
• If the courier has already paid the Import Taxes or Customs Duties, you may have to pay this to the courier driver upon delivery.  You should receive notification of this from the courier prior to delivery.
• Regular tracking software is known to be slow at updating. This applies to domestic shipping and international - so please keep that in mind when checking tracking.  It's useful to check regularly. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24hrs.  

Cancellations outwith this time period cannot be accepted once your order has shipped.  We always try to offer excellent service and process orders within 36 hrs of receipt.
