• Generally, US orders take 3 to 6 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your location.
• We usually ship same-day for orders placed on business days, but sometimes this may take a little longer.
• If you would like to receive your order faster, we offer 2-Day Expedited Shipping for all U.S. orders.  (Contact us to check shipping rate)

We offer regular International shipping to most countries

• Delivery is 9 to 20 business days depending on your location.
• Regular Tracking included.
• Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your orders for shipment.
• The time frame above is simply an estimation of average orders shipped out. Your order may arrive sooner, or slightly later, based on a variety of factors that are out of our control - such as customs checks, natural disasters, accidents, public holidays, strikes etc. 
• Please contact us if your country is remote and you would like to place an order. We will check and confirm shipping rates and manually place the order for you.
• There may be Import Taxes or Customs Duties applied by your own country. This is outwith our control. 
• Please note that you are responsible for your own country's Taxes and Duties charged.
• These may be payable to Customs before your package is released.
• Regular tracking software is known to be slow at updating. This applies to domestic shipping and international - so please keep that in mind when checking tracking.

Returns

We hope you're happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn't tick all the boxes. 

Please use the guidance below to return your item:

• Please email us - support [at] themilitaryplace [dot] com - and let us know you're returning your item, and the reason you're not happy with it
• Ensure you return your item within 30 days of purchase
• Important:  When returning items, please add Tracking to your package.   If the item gets lost in the post, USPS will be held responsible. 
  And we can still refund your item and shipping costs.
• If you don't add tracking and your item is lost in the post, we are unable to make a refund.
• We are happy to exchange items.
