USAAF Ace, Colonel Edward "Ed" Rector was an Ace in the Pacific Theater of WW2 with 10.5 aerial combat victories.

He flew with the AVG 2nd Pursuit Squadron and the 23rd Fighter Group, 14th USAAF CBI
